A flaky, all-butter Su-style pastry filled with house-made mung bean paste and finely ground roasted salted egg yolk. The egg yolk and mung bean paste are blended at a 7:10 ratio, with nearly one salted egg yolk in each pastry. Crisp, savory, gently sweet, and rich without being heavy.
全黄油苏式酥皮，包裹手工炒制的绿豆沙与细沙咸蛋黄。蛋黄与绿豆沙按7∶10调配，每块接近一整颗蛋黄；自制绿豆沙少糖少油，咸甜酥香，清甜不腻。
